- Trental 400 Tablet is used to treat peripheral vascular disease (decreased blood flow to the arms and legs) and intermittent claudication (pain during walking or rest caused by decreased blood flow to the legs). The Trental 400 Tablet reduces leg cramps that occur in the patients while walking. It also has a positive effect on alcohol-related liver damage. This medicine should be taken regularly as per the instructions given by your doctor.
