- Temsunol F Tablet is a combination of two different medications: (1) Finasteride inhibits the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body. (2) It improves urine flow by relaxing the muscles of the prostate and the lower section of the bladder. This anti androgen medicine is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer or enlargement, and hair loss.,Temsunol F Tablet should be used at the prescribed dose and period. It should be taken with food and at the same time every day. Without crushing or chewing the drug, swallow it whole.,Common adverse effects of this medication include dizziness, ejaculation dysfunction, and retrograde ejaculation.
