- MACO D CAPSULE 10'S combination is used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers. Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist that enhances gastric emptying and reduces symptoms of GERD and dyspepsia. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces gastric acid production, relieving symptoms of GERD and promoting healing of peptic ulcers.
