- Isordil 10MG Tablet is used to prevent angina (chest pain that occurs when your heart muscle does not get a sufficient amount of oxygen-rich blood). Angina is caused by the constriction of blood arteries that transport blood to the heart. This medication relaxes your blood vessels while also lowering the pressure on your heart. As a result, blood may easily flow to your heart.,Isordil 10MG Tablet should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It is better to take it at the same time each day. Your doctor will determine the dosage and frequency of administration. You should take the medication as directed and continue to do so even if you feel fine.,Headache and lightheadedness are the most typical side effects of this medication.
