- Eldasid Mps Syrup is primarily used in the treatment of acidity, bloating and stomach ulcers. The medicine is a combination of three drugs which work together to decrease acidity and give relief in stomach ulcers. Aluminum Hydroxide and magnesium react with the acid in the stomach, neutralizing it. DIMETHICONE reduces the excess gas in the stomach. The intake of this medicine usually does not have any side effects but can sometimes cause constipation and diarrhea. Taking plenty of fluids along with the medicine will help in overcoming these conditions.
